With over 25 years of experience, our company was born from a genuine passion for ceramics and the creative freedom this art form provides.
AlcoArt Ceramics, initially known as Alcoaarte, was founded in 2000 during a challenging period, when both founders saw their jobs come to an end.
This obstacle quickly became the driving force behind the realization of a dream. From a fresh start filled with courage and determination, the Alcoaarte project was born, and it soon developed its own unique identity.
Today, we have a good team, all united by the same commitment: creating high-quality ceramic pieces that combine traditional craftsmanship with modern technology.
We maintain the creative and resilient spirit that was at the heart of the company’s beginnings, ensuring authenticity, dedication, and attention to detail in everything we produce.
Over these two and a half decades, we have grown alongside our clients, partners, and employees, always with the same purpose: developing products that reflect the richness of Portuguese ceramics, valuing aesthetics, functionality, and artistic expression.
At the end of 2025, Gonçalo Jesus, the founders’ son, joined AlcoArt Ceramics, bringing a fresh vision, energy, and a strong commitment to continue the company and the path it has followed over the past 25 years.
His arrival marks the beginning of a phase of renewal and modernization, strengthening the connection between creativity, technical expertise, and innovation.
